(Alliance News) - Analytics business Actual Experience PLC on Wednesday announced the appointment of Kirsten English as a non-executive director, effective from the start of next year.
The company also said that Mark Reilly has stepped down as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Chair Stephen Davidson said: "I would like to thank Mark for his considerable contribution and wise counsel since joining the board in 2014. On behalf of my fellow board members I wish him every success in all future endeavours."
English is currently on the board of fintech industry group Innovate Finance Ltd and of Universities Superannuation Scheme. Universities Superannuation Scheme is a private pension scheme for universities and other higher education institutions in the UK.
She has previously served on the board of payments company Contis Group, investment portfolio analysis firm Style Analytics, and door and window component maker Tyman PLC.
Davidson said of her appointment: "I am delighted that Kirsten will be joining the board. She has an exceptional track record in developing and executing strategy, building operational excellence and increasing shareholder value all of which will be incredibly valuable as the company moves to the next stage of its growth."
Shares in Bath-based Actual Experience were down 9.0% at 100.10 pence on Wednesday in London.
