(Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC on Wednesday said an administrative error has meant a public consultation for the construction and air permit for its CoalSwitch plant in North Carolina has been postponed.
The online event for public comments will now take place on June 22.
"The Division of Air Quality in North Carolina informed AEG that the change in dates is required to comply with the minimum notice period regulation and is the result of an administrative error that occurred when the state sought to publish the public information in the local newspaper," the company explained.
The public comment has previously been delayed due to Covid-19.
Shares in the company closed 0.5% lower at 0.43 pence each in London on Wednesday.
