(Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC on Thursday said Simon Melling, a non-executive director, has stepped down from the board with immediate effect.
The renewable energy company said it is in the process of appointing his replacement and will update the market in due course.
"On behalf of the board I would like to thank Simon for his invaluable contribution throughout his tenure, that saw many changes for the company. Furthermore, he was integral in devising our future strategy," said Chief Executive Michael Rowan.
"I wish him all the best in his future undertakings, where his many skills will surely benefit any future endeavour he will undertake," added Rowan.
Active Energy shares were untraded on Thursday in London, last closing at 0.38 pence each.
