LONDON (Alliance News) - Active Energy Group PLC on Tuesday said Chairman Frank Lewis is stepping down from the board of the company with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.
Michael Rowan, currently a non-executive director, will be interim chairman as Active Energy searches for a permanent replacement.
The timber and biomass fuel company's shares were down 1.2% to 4.20 pence Tuesday.
