LONDON (Alliance News) - Acta SpA said Thursday that it had signed a co-operation agreement with fuel cell manufacturer ReliOn Inc to promote its new back-up power system in North America.
Under the agreement, ReliOn will promote Acta's new Power HT system, which incorporates ReliOn's fuel cell system, in North America. Acta will promote the system in all other markets. No financial details of the agreement were disclosed.
"Through our partnership with ReliOn we look forward to collaborating on further product development for additional applications, and to the penetration of the Acta Power into the North American market," said Chief Executive Paolo Bert in a statement.
Acta's Power HT will be launched officially at the Mobile World Congress conference in Barcelona on February 24 to February 27.
Shares in Acta were trading up 2.1% at 6.00 pence Thursday morning.
