(Alliance News) - Accsys Technologies PLC on Friday said it received an excess application facility in respect of 24 million shares and raised EUR46.3 million.
The company said acceptances closed on Thursday morning and it represented an over-subscription of approximately 1.4 times of what was originally allotted.
Last month, Accsys announced it raised an initial EUR46.3 million by placing 44 million of new ordinary shares at a price of EUR1.05 per share. The stock closed up 1.9% at 94.8p in London on Friday.
The proceeds will be used to fund further expansion of the Arnhem Plant and construction costs associated with the completion of the Tricoya Hull Plant, the company had said.
