(Alliance News) - Wood building products provider Accsys Technologies PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Alexander Wessels as a non-executive director.
Wessels is currently the vice-chair of Switzerland-based colour and specialty chemicals company Archroma Holdings SARL, having led the company as the chief executive officer for over six years.
He is due to join Accsys at the conclusion of its annual general meeting penned for September.
Accsys Chair Patrick Shanley said: "As Accsys grows its markets and expands its production capacity in existing and new plants, Alexander brings not just a wealth of experience and success with rapidly growing companies but also valuable insight with his local knowledge and global perspective.

Accsys shares were were down 0.6% at 87.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
