LONDON (Alliance News) - Accrol Group Holdings PLC said Wednesday that John Pilkington has accepted the permanent role of group finance director with immediate effect.
Hannah Argo, who was appointed interim chief financial officer, whilst a search for a permanent replacement was undertaken, has completed her contract and leaves the company with immediate effect, the toilet roll maker said.
"We are delighted that John has accepted the role of permanent group finance director. His knowledge and understanding of the group, gained during an intense and difficult period for the group, will allow him to hit the ground running," said Chair Dan Wright.
Pilkington joined Accrol in September 2018 as group financial controller.
Shares in Accrol Group were untraded Wednesday at 22 pence each.
