11th Mar 2014 07:55

LONDON (Alliance News) - Accesso Technology PLC said Tuesday it has signed a three year agreement to provide eCommerce technology to the Kennedy Space Centre visitor complex.

Accesso has signed the deal with Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts; the contract will see Accesso supply eCommerce and mobile ticketing support to the KSC in Orlando, Florida.

The firm says the deal will help the attraction optimise revenue generation by using its flexible technology across the site.

Tom Burnet, Chief Executive Officer for Accesso said, "We understand when it comes to eCommerce, every second counts, and our ticketing solution revolves around principles that are similar to the service standards the Kennedy Space Centre employ in their operation."

Kevin Quinlivan, Chief Information Officer for Delaware North added, "Accesso's ticketing platform will allow us to better compete by helping increase our pre-arrival sales opportunities."

Shares in the technology firm last traded at 717.5 pence per share.
