LONDON (Alliance News) - Accesso Technology Group PLC said Tuesday that it has signed a three-year partnership agreement with South Korean company Vision Works Global to help facilitate its expansion into the country's fast-growing theme park market.
The technology services provider to the attractions and leisure industry said the deal with Vision Works Global will help it expand its virtual queuing systems into the country's attractions industry.
Vision Works Global provides consulting, deal structuring and brokering, and new business development for a range of location-based entertainment projects in South Korea.
South Korea's investment in theme parks and destination resorts is helping attract visitors from Southeast Asia and Mainland China, said Accesso, regions that continue to benefit from an increase in disposable income. The company said top theme parks in the country are seeing audience increases of 10%.
No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Shares in Accesso Technology Group were Tuesday trading marginally lower, down 0.69% at 501.50 pence per share.
