LONDON (Alliance News) - Access Intelligence PLC on Friday said an institutional investor has redeemed early GBP900,000 of GBP1.8 million nominal loan notes that Access Intelligence issued last June.
The GBP900,000 of loan notes are being repaid in full plus accrued interest to April 22, Access Intelligence said.
Following this redemption, Access Intelligence will have GBP920,000 of the loan notes outstanding.
"This signals the company's first steps towards strengthening the balance sheet and supports long-term shareholder value", said Chief Executive Officer Joanna Arnold in a statement.
Shares in Access Intelligence were down 2.4% at 5.00 pence Friday.
