Access Intelligence Appoints Finance Head Mark Fautley To Board

LONDON (Alliance News) - Software company Access Intelligence PLC said Tuesday that it has appointed Chief Financial Officer Mark Fautley as a director of the company with immediate effect.

Fautley has been finance head since August 2017. He joined the company as finance director upon the acquisition of Cision UK Ltd in June 2015, where he was finance director.

Shares in the company were down 1.20% at 4.10 pence on Tuesday.
