LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust on Monday proposed the payment of a 4.9 pence per share dividend.
The company will pay the dividend on March 15 to shareholders on the register at February 22.
Furthermore, the trust said that it is the board's intention to issue a second and third quarterly dividend of 4.9p each as well, payable in June and September.
Cumulatively, this is a 5.3% increase to a minimum of 20.2p for 2019 from 19.2p in 2018.
Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust shares were trading down 0.8% at 412.50p each.
