(Alliance News) - Abcam PLC on Thursday said it has priced its initial public offering of 8.9 million American Depositary Shares at USD17.50 per share, totalling USD156.5 million.
Earlier in October, the London-listed life science research software firm launched the offering to list on the Nasdaq Global Market, stating that each ADS offered represents one ordinary share.
On Thursday, Abcam added it has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.3 million ADSs.
Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities are acting as the lead book-running managers for the offering which is expected to close on Monday.
Shares in Abcam were trading 2.8% lower at 1,340.00 pence each midday Thursday in London.
