LONDON (Alliance News) - Abcam PLC said Monday that its Chairman Mike Redmond has decided to step down from the board after five years in the role.
Redmond will step down at the company's annual general meeting later this year. The company has appointed Murray Hennessy to succeed him in the role.
Hennessy has served as a non-executive director at Abcam for the past three years.
Shares in the biotechnology company were trading marginally lower Monday morning, down 0.33% at 376 pence per share.
