LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM cash shell Abal Group PLC, formerly known as Imaginatik said on Monday it will continue using the services of Finance Director Shawn Taylor until a replacement non-executive director is appointed.
At the start of March, Abal announced that Taylor would leave the company on March 29 after 13 years since 2005.
Abal said that it was "prudent" that there be no more than three people on the board at any one time. The company also said it is continuing discussions with an identified candidate who is currently subject to due diligence investigations.
Shares in Abal closed 1.5% higher at 0.68 pence on Monday.
