LONDON (Alliance News) - A&J Mucklow Group PLC said Monday it will promote James Retallack to head of its remuneration committee when the current chair steps down next year.
Retallack, who joined the board and the committee this year as an independent non-executive director, will take over the chairmanship on from Stephen Gilmore on July 1, 2019. By that time he will be eligible for the position, having spent more than 12 months on the committee.
Formerly a legal and compliance director at Aggregate Industries PLC, Retallack is the current director of two private property companies.
Gilmore has been on the board of the real estate investment trust for ten years and will step down on June 30, 2019.
Shares in A&J Mucklow were down 0.2% at 540.75 pence on Monday.
