(Alliance News) - 888 Holdings PLC on Thursday said Itai Freiberger has stepped down as director of the company.
The online gambling company confirmed that the former chief executive has stepped down as director following the 12-month transition period announced in January 2019.
In January 2019, 888 had said Frieberger stepped down as chief executive but would stay on the board for 12 months as a director to allow for a smooth transition to his successor Itai Pazner.
Shares in the company - headquartered in Gibraltar - were down 2.0% at 144.40 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
