88 Energy Says Icewine#2 Production Testing Set To Restart In June

LONDON (Alliance News) - 88 Energy Ltd said Monday site works at the Icewine#2 project in Alaska have commenced to clear ice and snow and final preparations for mobilisation of test equipment were underway.

The company said that production testing at Icewine#2 well is scheduled to recommence on June 11 as clearance work started at Franklin Bluffs pad to allow access to the well.

Managing Director Dave Wall said: "The team remains busy on several fronts; however, focus is now clearly on the imminent recommencement of production testing at the Icewine#2 well."

In addition, 3D seismic gathered at both project Icewine and the Yukon Gold leases are progressing in line with schedule, with Yukon Gold data expected in the fourth quarter of 2018, and Project Icewine data expected mid-2018.

88 Energy shares were trading up 1.9% at 2.37 pence each.
