(Alliance News) - 7digital Group PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Anne de Kerckhove will step down as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Kerchove has been on the board of the digital music firm for four years since 2015. She currently serves as chief executive officer of Freespee AB, which helps consumer brands better engage with online customers through cloud communications.
7digital said it intends to appoint new directors after completing a previously announced fundraising.
At the start of August, the company said its second stage financing plans were well underway and that it would confirm the fundraising in the near term.
"On behalf of the board, we would like to thank Anne for her contribution to our business and wish her well with her future endeavours," said Chief Executive Officer Paul Langworthy.
Shares in 7digital were untraded on Tuesday in London, last quoted at 0.22 pence.
