4imprint Names Former Britvic Chief Paul Moody As Non-Exec Chairman

11th Aug 2016 08:25

LONDON (Alliance News) - Promotional products firm 4imprint Group PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Johnson Service Group PLC Non-Executive Chairman Paul Moody as its non-executive chairman as well, effective from December 1.

4imprint had announced at its annual general meeting in May that John Poulter, its current non-executive chairman, will retire at the beginning of December. Poulter has held the position since September 2010.

Moody, along with his position at textile services company Johnson Service Group, also acts as non-executive director for pet and pet owner retailer Pets at Home Group PLC and has been a non-executive director of 4imprint since February 2016.

Prior to that, Moody served as chief executive of soft drinks producer Britvic PLC until February 2013.

"He has extensive commercial and leadership experience and I look forward to working with him in the continuing development of the business," said Senior Independent Director John Warren.

Johnson Service on Thursday morning had not issued any comment on the appointment.

Shares in 4imprint were up 0.4% at 1,622.69p on Thursday morning.
