LONDON (Alliance News) - 4imprint Group PLC Tuesday said it achieved strong revenue growth in the third quarter of the year, and is on track to meet full-year expectations.
The international promotional products group said it continued to reported strong organic growth in the third quarter to September 28, with revenues 18% ahead of last year, at GBP56.5 million.
It said that in the year-to-date, revenues are up 15% to GBP157.3 million.
The group said that its direct marketing division, which accounts for 93% of overall revenue saw revenue growth of 18% in the third quarter to GBP52.52 million, with revenue from the first nine months of the year 16% ahead of last year at GBP146.02 million.
It said that North American revenue in the period rose 16% to USD78.26 million, boosted by an 18% increase in the number of orders from existing customers, and the addition of 40,000 new customers in the quarter.
4imprint said that its UK direct marketing business achieved third quarter revenue growth of 16%, with year-to-date revenue 12% ahead of last year.
The group also said that SPS, which supplies promotional items in the UK, and accounts for 7% of overall revenue, saw revenue growth of 16% in the third quarter to GBP4.4 million.
4imprint said it remains in a robust financial position with net cash.
Shares in the company were trading 3% higher Tuesday morning at 633.25 pence per share.
