LONDON (Alliance News) - 4D Pharma PLC said Monday it has bought up the remaining 16.5% interest in GT Biologics Ltd that it does not already own, and the business is now wholly owned and has been renamed 4D pharma Research Ltd.
It did not disclose how much was paid for the minority interest.
4D raised its stake in GT Biologics by 37.5% to 83.5% last June for GBP1.22 million.
Shares in 4D are trading flat at 560.00 pence Monday afternoon.
