LONDON (Alliance News) - 1Spatial PLC on Wednesday said it intends to have a new permanent non-executive chairman appointed by the end of August.
The company, which makes software for managing geospatial databases, said Interim Chairman David Richards will step down at the end of August, by which time the company intends to have appointed a permanent replacement.
1Spatial said the process of appointing a new chairman is well-advanced.
Richards stepped in to the role in February after Steve Berry stepped down.
1Spatial shares were down 2.1% at 4.16 pence.
