LONDON (Alliance News) - 1Spatial PLC, an IT software, consultancy and support company, on Monday said it has entered into a strategic partnership with navigation, mapping and location software firm HERE to provide high-grade map content for the enterprise market.
HERE will work with 1Spatial on providing data quality services and processing systems which will incorporate map data provided by HERE.
No financial details were disclosed on the deal.
"We are delighted to be partnering with HERE and welcome this significant partnership. We believe that the combination of our software and services and HERE's high grade maps and content will enable customers to yield significant operational excellence," said 1Spatial Chief Executive Marcus Hanke.
Shares in 1Spatial were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 4.29 pence.
