(Alliance News) - 1Spatial PLC on Wednesday reported "good" progress made across all of its units as it has signed a number of strategic alliances.
The location data management company said its focus on improved sales execution continued to drive forward revenue momentum, with "good" progress on winning new business and selling more to existing customers.
1Spatial said it has been selected in an open tender by the Bureau of Meteorology in Australia to provide software and services. The total value of the deal is in excess of AUD1 million, about GBP523,107, over three years.
Meanwhile, in the US, 1Spatial said it sees "significant" opportunities for its software in the US government where specific spatial data issues are concentrated.
In France, 1Spatial said it has secured "encouraging" levels of new orders following the acquisition of Geomap-Imagis in May 2019. New orders are currently amounting to around EUR500,000 per month, the company noted.
Looking ahead, 1Spatial said it continues to "work hard" towards securing strategic partnerships in key markets.
"I am pleased to report good progress across the group. Our go-to-market approach is seeing increasing traction with a number of new strategic partnerships and contracts as well as expansion of existing relationships, reflecting our approach of growing customer relationships and the strong proposition which 1Spatial is able to offer," said Chief Executive Claire Milverton.
"We remain on-track with the integration of Geomap-Imagis and excited by the opportunity the deal presents," Milverton added.
1Spatial shares were trading 6.4% higher in London on Wednesday morning at 28.72 pence each.
