Hysata is developing electrolysers to produce green hydrogen efficiently. It will use the fresh cash to advance product development and expand production capacity at its manufacturing facility in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia, as it focuses on "reaching gigawatt scale manufacturing". The funding round, which Hysata calls "the largest series B in Australian clean tech history", is led by bp Ventures, part of oil major BP PLC, and private equity firm Templewater Ltd, a spin-off from Investec PLC. This is the first transaction between the two companies and refinances an existing development loan. 1000 Aztec West, completed in December, is south west England's "first net zero carbon out-of-town office" 73,000 square feet of space. Rathbones Group PLC - London-based investment and wealth management - Funds under management and administration rise 4.6% to GBP105.3 billion as of December 31 from GBP100.7 billion on September 30 and nearly double from GBP60.2 billion a year before, thanks to the addition of the UK wealth business of Investec PLC. Net flows in wealth management are about flat in the fourth quarter of 2023, as GBP400 million in net inflows at Rathbone Investment Management are offset by GBP300 million in net outflows at Investec Wealth & Investment.
