DP Eurasia NV - Amsterdam-based master franchisee of Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Non-executive directors Shyam Bhartia, Hari Bhartia and Pratik Pota buy 230,000 shares via Jubilant FoodWorks Netherlands BV at 54 pence, worth GBP124,000, on Friday last week. Jubliant now has 62.1 million shares, a 43% stake.
