Herald Investment Trust PLC - London-based investment trust, which specialises in technology, media and communications companies - Says net asset value at December 31 was 2,219.2 pence each, up 5.7% from 2,099.1p the year before. Says it recommends no dividend for 2023 as its revenue reserve is currently in deficit. NAV total return is 5.7%, compared to the Numis Smaller Companies index benchmark of 3.2%.
