Amedeo Resources Chairman, Non-Exec Director Al Saad Steps Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - Amedeo Resources PLC said on Wednesday that Ghanim Al Saad has resigned as chairman and as a non-executive director of the company to focus on other business interests.

While the company searches for a new non-executive chairman Executive Director Zafarullah Karim will act as interim chairman. Al Saad remains a supportive substantial shareholder of the company, Amedeo said.

Shares in Amedeo Resources were untraded Wednesday at 9.75 pence each.
