Update to Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's Notice of General Meeting ("GM") posted to shareholders on 9 January 2018, Masawara has been advised that the Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont De La Pulente, St Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8HE - being the venue of the GM as previously announced - will not be accessible to shareholders for the purposes of the GM to be held at 11.00 a.m. tomorrow.

Accordingly, the Company hereby notifies that the chairman of the GM shall convene and immediately adjourn the GM at the Atlantic Hotel at 11.00 a.m. ("Adjourned Meeting"). The Adjourned Meeting shall then be reconvened at 11.15 a.m. on 26 January 2018 at The Club Hotel and Spa, Green Street, Saint Helier Jersey, JE2 4UH ("Reconvened Meeting"). Shareholders are advised that they need not attend the Adjourned Meeting and should travel directly to the Reconvened Meeting. Masawara also notifies that it has arranged for a shuttle to transport any shareholders who arrive at the Atlantic Hotel to the new venue, The Club Hotel and Spa, and that this shuttle shall be available to shareholders tomorrow from 10.45 a.m. until 11.10 a.m.
