Update re Change of Company's Name by ASIC and ASX/JSE Codes

On 21 May 2018, FCR, the European lead-zinc explorer, announced that a special resolution had been duly passed by the requisite majority of eligible shareholders who voted at the Company's general meeting to change the name of the Company from Ferrum Crescent Limited to Europa Metals Limited.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") recorded the change of name effective on Thursday, 31 May 2018, whilst the effective date for the change of the Company's name on the ASX is commencement of trading tomorrow, Tuesday, 5 June 2018, as previously announced, under the new ASX code of EUZ.

Further to its announcement of 29 May 2018, the Company has been informed that a temporary suspension from trading on the JSE Limited ("JSE") will no longer be required. Accordingly, the effective time/date for the change of the Company's name on the JSE will now be 9.00 a.m. (South African time) tomorrow, Tuesday, 5 June 2018, under the new JSE share code of EUZ and short name: Euromet.

A further update will be provided shortly with respect to the suspension from trading required to effect the change of the Company's name and ticker code on AIM as set out in the Company's announcement of 29 May 2018.
