Unclaimed dividents of fiscal year 2008 will lapse

Athens, November 12, 2014 - The company "Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A." (OTE S.A. or Company), informs the investors and its shareholders that, the five-year deadline for the collection of the fiscal year 2008 dividend, expires on 31/12/2014. After the above expiration date, the total amount of the dividends which have not been collected by the beneficiaries will be paid to the Greek State.

Beneficiaries of the aforementioned dividend, which corresponds to €0.75 per share (net dividend amount of €0.675 per share after the withholding tax), are the holders of the Company's shares on 26th June 2009, at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading day.

Shareholders that have not yet collected the dividend for fiscal year 2008 may receive payment by any branch of Piraeus Bank, on production of their Identity Card or Passport. The dividend may also be collected on behalf of the shareholders by proxy holders, on production of their identification, according to the above.
