Transaction in Own Shares

Athens, May 14, 2013 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that it proceeded on 13/5/2013 with the transfer (Over the Counter- OTC) of 400 own shares, representing 0.000001% of the Company's issued share capital, to a beneficiary of the approved, by the General Meeting of Shareholders, Stock Option Plan, due to the exercise of equal number of Vested Rights, at the price of €5.64 per share and with a total value of €2,256.00.

Today the Company does not hold own shares.
