Transaction in own shares
Hamilton, Bermuda - Hiscox Ltd ('Hiscox') announces that today it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to hold in treasury. The highest price paid per share was 239p and the lowest price paid per share was 239p. Following the above purchase Hiscox holds 10,478,511 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 389,276,063 ordinary shares in issue (excluding the treasury shares).
