Result of Meeting, members' voluntary liquidation

Result of General Meeting

The Company announces that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting held today, 21 June 2016 at 2.30pm was duly passed.

Accordingly, Malcolm Cohen and Sarah Rayment, both of BDO LLP, have been appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of winding the Company up by way of a members' voluntary liquidation.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM was suspended from 7.30 a.m. today and cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's shares on AIM will take effect at 7.30 a.m. on 22 June 2016

Result of proxy voting

The Company confirms that the following proxy votes were received ahead of its General Meeting.

Total valid proxies received - 49,965,011 (92.92% of the total voting rights in issue).

All bar one of the proxies empowered the Chairman to vote in favour of each resolution, or to exercise his discretion (which he used to vote in favour). 49,964,611 votes were in favour (99.99% of votes registered) with 400 votes against.
