Empyrean held its General Meeting (the "Meeting") earlier today and resolution 1 was duly passed. Resolutions 2 and 3 were withdrawn.
The timetable for the Return of Value is as set out in the Circular to Shareholders dated 3 October 2016. If any of the relevant times or dates should change, these will be notified by an announcement to an RIS.
