Result of General Meeting

Bowleven plc held a General Meeting (GM) on Wednesday 12 December 2012 to consider and if thought fit, to approve the proposed strategic alliance with Petrofac, announced on 6 November 2012.

The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the GM was duly passed as an ordinary resolution by the shareholders present.
