Acquisition of FinnAust Mining plc and £3.4 million Placing

Result of General Meeting and Change of Company Website

Further to the announcement made by Centurion Resources on 13 November 2013, the Company is pleased to confirm that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today, regarding the Reverse Takeover of FinnAust Mining plc, were duly passed, including resolution 3 (the Whitewash Resolution) which was conducted by way of a poll.

It is expected that completion of the Acquisition and Placing will take place at 8am on 2 December 2013. Also on that date it is expected that the entire issued share capital of the Company, as enlarged by the acquisition of FinnAust Mining plc, will be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

The Share Consolidation will be effected immediately and the Company will change its name to FinnAust Mining plc. On Admission, the Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker code FAM.L and the ISIN GB00BFD3VF20. In line with this, the Company's website address will be changed to www.finnaust.com(please note that the website disclosed in the Admission Document www.finnaustmining.comwill be diverted to www.finnaust.com).

The same definitions apply throughout this announcement as are applied in the Admission Document, published on 12 November 2013, copies of which are available on the Company's website, www.centurionresources.com(and will be available shortly at www.finnaust.com).
