Result of AGM

Patagonia Gold is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the shareholders of the Company at the annual general meeting ("AGM"), held today, were duly passed.

Further to the announcement of 1 June 2015 regarding Mr Bill Humphries' retirement, the resolution relating to his re-election as a director was withdrawn at the meeting, and accordingly, Mr Humphries has resigned from the Company with immediate effect.
