Result of AGM

Synety Group PLC (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, copies of which are available to view, and download, from the Company's website at www.cloudcall.com.

Further to the passing of Special Resolution No 8, providing for the change of the Company's name, it is intended that the change of name from Synety Group PLC to CloudCall Group PLC will become effective as soon as practicable. It is also intended that the Stock Exchange TIDM will change from SNTY to CALL at the same time. The trading companies Synety Ltd and Synety Inc. will change to CloudCall Ltd and Cloudcall Inc. at a later date. A further announcement will be made upon the change of name and TIDM becoming effective.
