Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), an established mineral exploration company which owns several exploration projects in Northern Sweden, announces that the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 5 June 2009, were all duly approved by shareholders.
