Completion isanticipated by December 2006. The consideration on completion will be £2.5million. The Company has outgrown its present facilities on the University of Leedscampus and requires quality office space for its continuing expansion. The newfacilities will provide appropriate office accommodation for GETECH's futuregrowth. It is intended that any excess space will be rented out on short-termleases.
