Supplementary Prospectus dated 24 March 2011 to the Prospectus dated 23 March 2011 relating to £40,000,000 2.701 per cent Index-Linked Secured, Guaranteed Bonds due 2041 issued by Bristol Water plc and guaranteed by Bristol Water Core Holdings Limited (the "Prospectus").

This Supplementary Prospectus must be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus.
