Final Terms dated April 27, 2016 (the "Final Terms") relating to the EUR 1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.500% Fixed Rate Notes due 2026 of JPMorgan Chase & Co. to be issued under the U.S.$65,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and U.S.$25,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association) Euro Medium Term Note Program of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated September 24, 2015, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated October 14, 2015, November 3, 2015, December 14, 2015, January 15, 2016, February 25, 2016 and April 18, 2016, and the documents incorporated by reference therein.
