Publication of Draft Determination by Ofwat

The following amendment has been made to the 'Publication of Draft Determination by Ofwat' announcement released on 19 July 2019 at 14.48 under RNS No 1673G:

The reference to the date of publication by Ofwat of Bristol Water's Draft Determination has been changed by deleting "today" in the first line and inserting "18 July 2019" and the reference to publication of the Draft Determination on Ofwat's website in the last sentence has been changed by deleting the word 'today' so that it reads ' has been published'.

All other details remain unchanged.

Publication of Draft Determination by Ofwat for Bristol Water plc

Ofwat published its Draft Determination for Bristol Water plc on 18 July 2019 setting out Ofwat's current view of the allowed revenues and service delivery targets for Bristol Water in the next regulatory period (April 2020 to March 2025). Bristol Water is reviewing the Draft Determination and will respond to Ofwat by the due date of 30 August 2019.
