Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, A.S.27 September 2006 Press release Personnel changes in Telefonica O2 Czech Republic and Telefonica O2 Slovakia Prague, September 27, 2006 In line with the previous intentions, the Board of Directors of Telefonica O2Czech Republic, a.s., at its 239th meeting held on 26 September 2006, approved,based on the consent of the Company's Supervisory Board, the appointment ofJuraj Sedivy and Henrich Daubner to the offices of Statutory Representatives ofTelefonica O2 Slovakia s.r.o. with effect from 27 September 2006. They willreplace the current Statutory Representatives, Daniela Davidova and Peter Kodoo. With effect from 1 October 2006 Juraj Sedivy will also perform the office of theChief Executive Officer of Telefonica O2 Slovakia s.r.o.; Henrich Daubner willbecome the Chief Financial Officer. Further, the Board of Directors approved implementation of the planned personnelchange consisting in the recall of Juraj Sedivy, the 1st Vice-Chairman of theBoard of Directors, from the office of the Vice-President - Finance Division ofTelefonica O2 Czech Republic as of 30 September 2006 and the appointment ofRamon Ros, member of the Board of Directors and the current Chief BusinessDevelopment Officer of Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, to the above said officewith effect from 1 October 2006.
