on Participation in Establishment of a Foundation

In accordance with the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.), MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following:

According to the resolution of the Founder No. 32/2023. (XII.15.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., MFB Zrt., as a founder, shall participate in establishing The National Business Development Knowledge Center Foundation. The founders will provide HUF 1.000.000.000 (one billion Hungarian forints) as initial funding paid in by cash contribution, of which MFB Zrt. shall pay in HUF 300.00.000 (three hundred million Hungarian forints). The goal of the Foundation is to increase the financial awareness of the SME sector.
