on Participation in Establishment of a Company

In accordance with the extraordinary disclosure obligation stipulated under Section 55 of (Hungarian) Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.), MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company (hereinafter: MFB Zrt.) informs the public of the following:

According to the resolution of the Founder No. 31/2023. (XII.15.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., MFB Zrt. along with the Hungarian State and other fully state-owned enterprises shall establish IHT Informatika Private Limited Company, by paying 50.000.000,- Ft (that is fifty million Hungarian forints) as a founding capital, which ensures 25% ownership in the established company for MFB Zrt.
