Chime Communications PLC ('the Company')

The Company has been notified that as of 19 November 2010 Mr. Alan Pascoe, Chairman of Fast Track Sales Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has a direct interest in 2,013,468 ordinary shares of 25 pence each which represents 2.74% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is 2,013,468.

This notification has been triggered by a decrease in the holding of Mr. Alan Pascoe falling below the 3% threshold in accordance with DTR Rule 5.1.2.

The Company confirms its issued share capital is 73,458,418 ordinary shares of 25 pence each.
